Bishop Oden Pavillion
The Bishop Oden Pavilion offers a more open and relaxed setting for gatherings. This covered outdoor space allows groups to meet, share meals or spend time together while enjoying the surrounding environment.

East & West Lodge Meeting Rooms
Located within our lodging areas, the East and West Lodge meeting rooms provide convenient spaces for smaller gatherings and breakout sessions. These rooms allow groups to meet or reflect without needing to travel across campus.
They are well suited for team discussions, small group meetings or quiet work sessions. Having meeting space close to lodging helps your group stay focused and makes it easier to move between rest and scheduled time together.
